Tracy Holland is the Founder and Managing Director of The Founders Advisory. An admitted attorney with more than a decade of corporate legal experience, she advises founders, investors, fund managers and high-growth businesses on transactions, investment structuring, governance and strategic commercial matters.
Her experience spans private equity, funds and financial services, SME funding, renewable energy, fintech, payments and digital infrastructure. Having held senior legal leadership roles inside investment firms and growing businesses, Tracy understands how legal decisions are made in commercial reality.
